The $1,175 balance of the security deposit if fully refundable after move out unless any damages, cleaning or repair charges. There is a $85 listing fee that is due. There is a 1 car covered parking with extra parking also. There is central air conditioning. The tenants are responsible to put the power and gas in their name. There is a 1 year lease required with a possible extension if both parties agree.

Everyone 18 and older must fill out a seperate application. There is a $40 application fee per adult. There is no smoking/vaping of any kind allowed. There are no pets allowed.
