There is a 1 car covered parking with extra parking also. There is central air conditioning. The tenants are responsible to put the power and gas in their name. There is an area by the backdoor that is for your washer and dryer. There is central air conditioning. There is a patio for patio furniture and plants only no storage of any other kind allowed. There is one covered parking space and other uncovered available. The neighbors are nice and quiet. This unit is close to trax.
The tenants are responsible for putting the gas and lights in their names. There is a $90 a month for water, garbage, sewer and lawn care. $125 of the deposit is non refundable for Administration fees. The balance of the security deposit of $1,175 is fully refundable after move out unless any damages, cleaning or repair charges. There is a $85 Leasing initiation fee.
