Seasonal Weed Abatement will be done at the owner's discretion. Regular landscaping and upkeep responsibility of the tenant.

Utilities Not Included, which will be tenant responsibility, are: Electric through SDGE, Propane Gas through Fallbrook Propane Co, Water through FPUD, and Trash Service through Fallbrook Refuse EDCO.

This home has central heating and AC and is on Septic.
