Amenities
Military welcome! (One of us is a military civilian)
Dog/bird/fish friendly (within limits/rules/liability). Pets should not be left outside alone at night as Fallbrook is rural and coyotes are here. There has never been a problem here but for safety small animals should not be left unattended outdoors unless there is a larger animal/person present. This is done at your own risk. We leave our 3 dogs unattended only during the day as one is larger and any late-sleeping coyotes would not attempt anything. The property is fenced around the immediate home. There is a dog door from the kitchen outdoors. Due to carpet, no animals are allowed upstairs except under very specific restrictions and liability - this would need to be agreed to ahead of time if you plan to allow pets upstairs.
We provide some furniture (or don t provide) - your choice
