Adorable cozy home located walking distance from food and Main Street in Windsor Colorado. It is 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with a full basement. Beautiful green grass in the summer as the home is on its own well water. There is a one car detached garage.

This is a 1 to 2 year lease and renter is responsible for all utilities, cable, trash, water, etc... I am negotiable on pets, however no cats. The backyard is fenced in and is perfect for dogs both big and small. There are 2 large sheds in the back yard with plenty of storage room. The basement has a lot of excellent storage space as well.

    "In all honesty Windsor has lost its small town feel. Neighbors used to know one another and lookout for each other. Now, there are so many transplants that do not abide by traffic rules, bring back woods mentality with them and could care less about their neighbors. We have beautiful parks and recreational areas, but not very friendly or neighborly vibe. "
