Room Description

ONE BEDROOM IN SHARED HOUSE

Private room with finished hardwood floors, closet storage and a view of the lake with beautiful sunrises. The room is in a 1100 square foot house that has a recently updated bathroom and on site laundry. The kitchen, bathroom and living spaces are shared. Additionally, it has a full basement for work and additional storage space. The property is directly on the bus line to UMD, St. Scholastica and downtown Duluth. It is currently occupied by myself and another male tenant and we are looking for another male roommate.

No smoking will be allowed inside the property. Lease will be for 12 months with the possibility of renewal. All tenants, are responsible for keeping the house clean and orderly. Any maintenance issues will be handled by the landlord.

Housemate Description

I am a professor at UMD and will be living part time on the property. I am only planning on staying on sight for 2-3 nights per week. The other roommate is a college graduate with a full time job. He is clean, conscientious and responsible.
