Laundry is in the basement. Quiet neighborhood, I am relaxed and flexible. I AM NOT RENTING OUT AN APARTMENT OR THE WHOLE BUILDING JUST AN INDIVIDUAL BEDROOM.

No Smoking allowed. Lease time is negotiable. Utilities are covered by the rent. Renter will be responsible for helping shovel snow and ice during the winter and helping keep common areas clean.
