Description

Cute little home, was a rental @ $650 per month, until a tree branch dropped on power lines and pulled the mast and meter box off the house, destroying the fuse box, repair bids are $2100-2500. Carport needs its roof put on and a few joists replaced, roll roofing is on site. Roof on main house, furnace, and hot water tank were done in 2019. Nice sized yard backs to a creek which has never left its banks, making it a quiet, secluded spot.
This home is close to everything, shops, restaurants, nightlife, schools, hospitals, bus lines, the St Louis Bridge is 3 minutes away. Owner owns it free and clear, and can Quit Claim if desired. We will clean it out upon sale.

"This is a beautiful neighborhood with a lot of diversity. It has character and old fashion appeal. Large homes, duplex and apartments with its originality. The community has survived the worst although the love and spirit of the city is here. Perfectly located in the middle of everything, the smell of Fast Eddies Chicken or fried rice from the Hong Kong house decorates the air. I love it here, it’s safe with the beautiful mixture of people from all walks of life. Like with any city this area has its flaws, yet the flaws is what makes the beauty of it all!"
