Downey 1 bedroom, 1 bath HOUSE with laundry room,2 window air conditioners,security windows,trees, shrubs, fenced yard with gardener provided,large storage building New floors and new paint inside, remote controlled ceiling fans, etc.-- front porch just rebuilt and painted.Front entrance enters living room from front yard/front porch withside entrance entering laundry room from side patio and storage shed area.Additional storage area between rear of house and 6 foot rear block wall fence --Rear fence does have double redwood gates opening onto paved alley but all parking is on Priscilla Avenue in front of property.We have 2 houses side by side -- previous tenants had lived in property almost 17 years and tenants in house to north are 3rd generation of same family so we look for long term tenants -- no in and out will be accepted.The nearest schools are Roosevelt Elementary School, Sussman Middle School and Buena Vista High.

    "Lots of dog poop on side walks and front yards because lots of dog owners don’t think they have to pick up after there dogs or there are some dog owners in the neighborhood that let their dogs run loose in the neighborhood and there dog poops on neighbors yards and they don’t pick it up.
