Great, quiet Catalina Foothills neighborhood 1/2 mile from Sabino Canyon. Power lines are underground, there are no sidewalks or street lights, and we are on a cul-de-sac. Beautiful views from inside and a large, private yard with gardens and a hot tub.The back/sideyard is completely enclosed and private. There is both a covered porch and a large paver patio area. Two separate bedroom/bathroom wings in a renovated, decorated interior. There is a two car garage with remote/keypad openers. The interior has been professionally decorated with accent walls, scored and colored concrete floor, and special accent lighting. Internet with wifi included.

Utilities included except cable television. LEASE IS ACTUALLY 4-8 MONTHS, but must end by December 31, 2026. A 3 month lease is also possible as long as it ends by December 31, 2025. No smoking or loud music/parties-this is a quiet, respectful neighborhood. If 1 person just wants 2 bedrooms/1 bath we can offer that for $1700 which includes all utilities.

Neighbors are well educated, friendly, and ages range from 1 to the 90s. There are a lot of walkers in the morning and evening and parks, golf, tennis, and a community are blocks away. "

Events like Mother’s Day celebrations, movie nights, back to school BBQ, Friday nights at the park with food trucks. We also have a community garden. My neighborhood (Colonial del Valley) is mostly elderly people who raised their kids here and a mix of younger people who are buying homes from relatives. "

It is minutes away from the university and shopping downtown or a variety of shops, eating establishments, and the mall is not far away. There is also a fire station nearby, but not too close to be disturbing. "
