This beautiful bungalow is located near downtown Sioux Falls, with being just 1 mile from the Denny Sanford Premier Center, 1/5 mile to downtown, 2 miles to the airport and so much more. If you are looking for a place to stay for your travel health care professional contracts, business relocations, and or need an in-between home while finding your forever home, this is your perfect home away from home.

Please join us at this three bedroom home with fully stocked kitchen and private office space with stand up desk and remote keyboard/mouse. Office is private and has closing door if your company requires private working space

Bring your furry friend and enjoy your new rental space.

Covered garage, able to fit multiple vehicles, plenty of parking on the property. Security cameras with sensor lights. Electronic locks installed.

Total rent includes furnished home, utilities, trash/recycling, high speed WIFI, routine HVAC maintenance, preventative rodent/insect spraying, and lawn maintenance with snow removal in the winters.

Lease duration is negotiable. I have done as little as a month to one year. Willing to do longer rental agreements. No renters insurance if renting for less than six months month. Preferred renters insurance if renting greater than six months.
Smoking prohibited. No more than one dog allowed. Non-fenced yard, please be aware if your pet wanders.
Tenant responsible for replacing batteries in fire alarm, locking doors, and changing filter on HVAC every three months.

The traffic in this area is very mellow and is very walkable or biker friendly. Several restaurants in walking distance, but it is not a party neighborhood and generally stays quiet. Very family friendly."
