"Great neighborhood, friendly people, good area for walking with or without children and dogs! This is a well established historical area of Bakersfield with mature trees in most yards. "
  • KH
"Love living in this neighborhood. You feel like you are in the mountains, or somewhere else that is NOT your average Bakersfield. There are tons of huge, old trees that shade the neighborhood, making it a few degrees cooler in the summer. Its an area where neighbors have dinner at each others houses, and host neighborhood watch meetings. Not one house looks alike. Love it! "
