It's very close to public transportation, including the CTA Red Line Addison Station, Wrigley Field, the lakefront, Whole Foods, Jewel Osco, and much, much more. Laundry onsite! Pet policy: cats and dogs are welcome, 2 pets max, no breed or weight restrictions; $250 one time pet fee per apartment, $30 per month pet rent per pet. Lease terms: application fee is $79 per person; one time administration fee is $350 per tenant. No security deposit. Tenants pay all utilities, including gas, electricity, and water/sewer/trash fees. Renter's insurance is required. Flexible lease terms available. Pricing can vary daily based on move-in date and lease term selections.
