About this House

Large, first-floor 1 bedroom unit in historic building. Just two blocks to the Boise Co-op, Capitol Building, Federal Building, and the VA. An excellent downtown/North End location.

This spacious unit features tall ceilings, original woodwork throughout, a beautiful (non-functioning) fireplace hearth, built-in bookcases, and hand-milled wooden trim work. Large living room and kitchen for entertaining. Front porch facing 7th Street.

Fully remodeled in a few years ago it features an updated kitchen with disposal and dishwasher. Full bath with updated tile surround and bathtub.

Clean, on-site laundry facility for our tenants only. Some off-street parking available.

We pay water, sewer, trash and HEAT. Tenant only pays electricity for lights, outlets, and air conditioning.

NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, NO PETS! Only service/companion animals allowed with proper documentation.
