3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis morning was the first day for my 6th grader and they said no parents on campus,so we couldnt come with him to get his schedule and they had parents on the campus which I was confused about because they said no parents on campus. And the only person I had contact with was this light skinned lady with braids in her head, was so freaking rude and slammed my car door so hard,I guess she had an attitude and wasn't ready to come back, idk but I just hope moving forward I don't have to deal with this woman ever again, Honestly it's kinda of sad that you have to leave this kind of review with a school because some of the staff is just awful on the first day of school.Parent Review8mo ago15 Reviews - Miles Elementary School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIt took me very long to write this review because my son has been going to the school since kindergarten and he’s now in first grade. I recently disenrolled him from the school because the school is all over the place. I’m going to start by saying if you’re a young mom in your 20s and you have a young kid you’re definitely going to treat you differently as if they don’t owe you respect they’re going to yell at you in the car line when you pick up your child and they’re going to talk to you like you’re slow and they’re going to be making faces at you because you look young secondly I sent in many forms that my child was allergic to tree nuts. They sent my son home with the peanut butter and jelly sandwich in his book bag, and they also set him next to another kid who had a peanut butter sandwich, causing him to have a allergic reaction. Also, my son got bullied at this school and the teacher did not inform me they took his money and was calling him broke for weeks because he did not wear jewelry to school. They used to also take his snacks. The teacher did not tell me anything about this. My kid had to tell me and then when I wanted to address it, they just told me to write something down on a paper and never got back to me. The lady in the front office has a sweet tone, but if you take your kid to school late, she will have an attitude. The nurse is the best person at the school. She is super hands-on. She’s very smart. She is very aware Miss Theo the first grade teacher is a awesome teacher. I do wish she could’ve stopped my son from getting bullied, but that wasn’t the case. As far as the school in general he has learned so much his reading has gotten a lot better. they have awesome teachers. They also greet you in the beginning of the school period with bubbles in music to get the kids excited for school would I recommend the school to anyone probably not the allergic reaction thing rug me the wrong way and the bullying rubbed me the wrong way some of the staff members are very unprofessional and rude. I’m glad we switched cities. Also the school times are very shortened compared to other school times 740 in the morning to 1:55 PM. My son‘s new school is 8:30 in the morning to 3 PM and they don’t allow you to come in the school to have lunch with your child, his new school does he said he loves his new school way better than the last one beware of the school.Parent Review5mo ago9 Reviews - Gaither High School

"Currently my commute is 25 to 40 minutes and I only live about 10 to 15 from my office building. There’s only one way in and one way out unfortunately. If you leave anywhere between 7:15 AM-8 AM, you will be met with heavy traffic, especially with kids in school and people commuting to work"

"My family & I have lived in Cory Lake Isles for two years, and our experience has been overwhelmingly positive. As a parent of young children, I place a high value on safety, community, and access to quality recreational amenities— Cory Lake Isles excels in all three areas. The sports and recreation facilities are exceptional. My children regularly enjoy the tennis courts, basketball court, hockey rink, soccer field, and the expansive lake, which offers both beauty and opportunities for family recreation. The pool, in particular, feels more like a Disney-quality resort than a neighborhood amenity. The neighborhood is well managed, secure, and continuously improving. We feel safe, welcomed, & confident raising our children here. Cory Lake Isles has exceeded our expectations and continues to prove itself as a premier place to live and raise a family."

"This neighborhood is a very quiet, low-traffic area, and we have a nearby park with many options for children and recreational areas. The streets are new and recently repaired. It's a very good area for children; every parent should know."

"Traffic is bad around 3 pm and the rain but it is Florida. I think Pinellas County makes the Bay Area a great place. Not only the beaches but some of the best city’s in America are in Pinellas county. "

"Traffic is very bad and make sure there isn’t any games going. If there is add extra time for your commute. My 20minute drive turns into 1 hour if there is a lightening game going on. "
