Pool and spa heating available for $75/day with 2-day advance notice, paid before check-in. Property has exterior security cameras at the front entrance and garage, and noise monitoring devices.

Within walking distance of Coachella and Stagecoach festival grounds. 10 minutes to Indian Wells Tennis Garden, close to La Quinta, El Paseo, hiking trails, and local dining. Day trips to Joshua Tree and Palm Springs.
