Welcome to Golfer's Delight, your own personal country club in the heart of Indio. We have recently renovated the whole space and turned the spacious backyard into a true entertainer's paradise. The fully stocked home and warmly decorated space will make you feel at home while the backyard amenities make you feel at a resort!

The space:
Golfer's Delight is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Indio bordering La Quinta and only 25 minutes from downtown Palm Springs. This home has been upgraded and designed to create the perfect desert getaway for friends and families. There are 3 main outdoor areas that makes the backyard a true entertainer's paradise and separates it from the rest. To the left of the home is a large pool surrounded by mature palm trees and 6 lounge chairs to enjoy under the sun. To the right of the home is our newly installed 1000 sqft putting green and natural gas fire pit. On this side of the yard, there is also a 8ft billiard table, professional size table tennis, and a 55" smart tv under the patio. The last outdoor space lays in between the pool and golf area with a seating area, 55" smart tv, 10-person dining table, and a large BBQ island with brand new stainless grill and mini fridge. You will find this home has everything you need for a perfect vacation getaway!

INTERIOR DETAILS:
The home accommodates up to 14 guests with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Additional spaces include a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining room, den, laundry area, and garage. Our kitchen is stocked with an extensive list of small appliances, cookware, dinnerware and utensils needed to prepare almost any family meal. We provide a starter kit of seasonings including salt, pepper and olive oil. Please inquire with our team if you would like a complete list of all our cookware and small appliances.
We provide a starter kit of consumables for your stay which includes: paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, coffee, tea, sugar, laundry pods, dryer sheets, toilet paper, make up remover, shampoo, conditioner, body gel and a welcome gift basket. This list is only intended as a starter kit; If you run out of consumables then you must be purchase additional items yourself. We also provide body towels and pool towels for the occupancy of the home, plus a set of hand towels and wash towels.

- Bedroom #2: queen bed, night stands, sconce lights, 50" smart tv, closet, luggage rack, ceiling fan, *upstairs
- Bedroom #3: queen bed, 55" smart tv, closet, luggage rack, ceiling fan, *upstairs
- Bedroom #4: double queen beds, night stand, table lamp, 55" smart tv, closet, luggage rack, ceiling fan, *downstairs
- Bedroom #5: full over full bunk (top bunk for 2 children or 1 adult), dresser, 55" smart tv, portable fan, *downstairs

BATHROOMS:
- Bath #1: Full bath with tub, located in upstairs primary bedroom #1
- Bath #2: Full bath with tub, located in upstairs hallway
 Bath #3: Standing shower, located in downstairs hallway

EXTERIOR DETAILS:
- Backyard Area #1: 1000 sqft putting green, natural gas fire pit with seating for 6, billiard table, ping pong table, 55" smart tv, ceiling fan
- Backyard Area #2: built in island with natural gas grill and mini-fridge, 12-person table for al fresco dining, seating area with a 55" smart tv, ceiling fans
- Backyard Area #3: heated pool ($75/day), 6 sun lounge chairs, patio umbrellas, large grass area

Terms and Conditions:

1. The rent price may vary depending on your requested dates and length of stay. We do not accept long-term year leases. We only accept short-term stays or rentals of 30 days or more. For more details on pricing, please refer to the Rates & Payment Details section in the listing description.

2. No parties or events are allowed.

3. As per the City of Indio Policy for vacation rentals, outdoor Quiet Hours are between 9PM - 8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10pm-8am Friday and Saturday. During Quiet Hours amplifying devices or music is prohibited outdoors. Outside of Quiet Hours, music or other outdoor noise is acceptable as long as it is not heard past the property line.

4. Pool heating is extra and it's $75/day. The pool will be heated to 85 degrees. Please advise beforehand if you want to take advantage of the pool heater as it takes 10+ hours to heat the pool so it is warm by check in. If you decide to heat the pool or spa we require a minimum of 3 days pool heating due to rising gas costs.

5. Early check in at 1PM ($150) and late check out at 2PM ($150) is available for an extra fee ONLY if there are no back to back bookings to allow for proper cleaning.

6. Minimum 25 years of age to book.

7. SOME pets are allowed for an extra fee ($150/pet). Please consult with the owner before bringing the pet. Maximum of 2 pets. Pets are not allowed in the pool or on the bed. While we do allow some pets with prior approval, a $500 fine will be imposed for any presence or evidence of unapproved pets found within the premises.

8. No more than 5 vehicles allowed.

9. No smoking inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a minimum fine of $500.

10. Any missing or damaged linen, towels or small appliances will be deducted from the security deposit pre-authorized hold that is placed on the credit card on file.
