Backyard features an 800 sq ft heated pool, spa, 5-hole putting green, ping pong, cornhole, BBQ island with bar seating, gas fire pit with Adirondack chairs, and outdoor shower. Pool kept in the mid-to-high 80s; not heated in summer. Pool and spa share a heat pump and cannot run simultaneously. Pool professionally cleaned twice a week; pool vacuum provided between cleanings.
Note: pool is not gated or locked. Valet garbage service requires weekly side-yard access.
