    "Area west of Houston Ave has few sidewalks and little off-street parking, but the area to the East (downtown side) has lots of sidewalks, plenty of off-street parking, and is great for walking your dog. Plus the bike path on Spring St provides excellent access to White Oak Bayou trail and parks. Very dog friendly."

Most of the neighborhood is very walkable. I see the same people each afternoon and our dogs play together. I can walk to a basketball court and baseball field that also has a plangroubd for kids"
