Fully Furnished down to a full kitchen, sheets and towels.

Main Home: 4 bedrooms, 2 Queen bedrooms on the main level and 1 full bathroom. Main Queen bedroom on second floor with En suite and another Queen bedroom on second floor with a hall full bathroom. There is a full washer/dryer and a pull out full size sofa in the family room.

Included: A 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment underneath the home with a separate entrance, kitchen, bathroom and washer/dryer.

Beautiful waterfront views and use of the pier for fishing. No boats may be docked at the pier. Possible dog friendly based on type of dog or dogs. No kitties, sorry.

First month rent also required a one time administrative fee of $180, one time fee of $200 cleaning fee, Refundable $1,000 security deposit. Heat is included with a cap of $400 per month. Anything over $400 will be required to be paid by tenant. WiFi and Electric are paid by landlord. We also take care of outdoor areas including snow removal. And if you have a dog there is a $250.00 per pet one time fee.
