Professionally painted entire house, new carpet, new hardwood floors in bathrooms and kitchen, finished basement with new hardwood floors, new faucets and hardware in bathrooms, new Levolor blinds on all windows.

Dogs are okay, but I would prefer it to be under 100 lbs.

Up stairs has three bedrooms, two baths and an open living room. Downstairs is 1300 square feet also, with around 1000 square feet of finished basement and plenty of area House has propane and consumers energy for electricity which must be paid by renter. House has 5 acres total, 3 of which is going to have to be mowed by you!
