About this House

Superb setting and a nice lot just down Chena Hot Springs Road! This property has had some challenges over the last few years and is in need of some TLC. The original log cabin was added on to and then to that addition a trailer was incorporated and then to that there was at least one more addition. The foundation is varied and the water system is only partially functional although there does appear to be a full septic system in place. There is a detached garage and greenhouse that offer immediate dry storage and can start producing some veggies with a little cleaning up. Please don’t go out on the back deck, it looks ready to collapse.

Contrary to other reviewer's post, this neighborhood is on the other side of town from Pioneer Park, movie theatre, and the correctional facilities. It's a quiet, family friendly neighborhood where everyone keeps to themselves but waves when you're out and about. "
