About this House

We have a spacious basement apartment in our home available starting July 2026, located on one of the best blocks in Central Park (Stapleton).

This was rented, but our tenant has to leave the country unexpectedly.

Pricing - single occupant or single parent + child:
$1,100/month rent plus
$75 month (includes all utilities)

At this time, we are primarily looking for a single occupant or a single parent with a child. Unfortunately, the space is not a good fit for couples.

Base rent for couples is $1,400/mo
Plus $100/mo for high speed internet and all utilities

$450 refundable deposit
Pets considered: +$35/month + $250 deposit

We have had long-term tenants of more than 3 years since 2014.

We have a friendly Australian Cattle Dog (Barley), so comfort with dogs is important.

All utilities, including electric/gas, water, and high-speed internet, are included for an additional $75 per month. The unit has its own washer and dryer. We are looking for a tenant for a 12-month lease, but are open to shorter term arrangements.
