Este cuarto esta en una casa de un piso de cuatro recamaras que mi madre y yo (28 anos, mujer) vivimos en.
La casa queda en una calle callada, residencial, y a la par de una escuela primaria. Siempre hay bastante lugar para estacionarse.
Room is Move-In Ready!
This room is in a 4-Bedroom 1-story House that only my mother and I (28yr, female) live in.
The house is in a quiet, residential area, across the street from an elementary school. There is always a ton of parking available in front of the house, so parking is not an issue.
Room measures about 10x10, so 100sqft.
Bills are all included - including WiFi.
House also has A/C, usually kept at about 68F.
Kitchen is available to use as you'd like, including fridge and cabinets.
House has large backyard.
We have 3 dogs (2 male chihuahuas, 1 female maltese mix), they're all fixed, vaccinated, and 10/11yrs old, and primarily stay in my room- go from backyard to my room only.

- Home has 2 bathrooms and are shared
- Smoking inside home
- Washer/Dryer use, but plenty nearby laundromats around area.

Todo las facturas estan incluidas, incluyendo WiFi.
Casa tambien tiene aire acondicionado que normalmente se mantiene a 68F.
La cocina esta disponible para usar cuando guste, incluyendo la refri y los gabinetes.
Casa tiene patio grande.
Tenemos 3 perros (2 chihuahuas machos y una Maltese nina), todos estan operados, vacunados, y tienen 10/11 anos- los perros se mantienen en mi cuarto y solo mente salen de mi cuarto para el patio y de regreso.

- Cuarto tiene 2 cuartos y son compartidos
- No fumar dentro de casa
- No acceso para lavadora/secadora, pero hay muchas lavanderias cerca.
Por favor de mandar texto si esta interesada para ser cita para ver la casa y para ver si somos compatibles una para la otra!
No smoking inside the home.
Rent agreement is 6mo/1yr.
Please let us know 1 month before moving out so we can start looking for new tenant.
Unless room is left in horrible shape (floor/window/paint/door damage or extremely dirty), security deposit will be returned in full.
Plenty of street parking in front of home.
No pets allowed since we already have 3 dogs of our own.
Responsibilities: Maintain a tidy room to avoid bugs/odors, bathroom is shared so please be mindful and clean up after yourself. If cooking, don't leave dirty dishes/clean up area.
No fumar dentro de casa.
Contrato de alquilar es de 6 meses a un ano.
Por favor de dejarnos saber 1 mes antes de mudarse para encontrar nueva inquilina.
Solamente que el cuarto quede en un estado horrible (piso/ventana/puerta lastimados o cuarto muy sucio), el deposito de seguridad va ser regresado en total.
Bastante lugar para estacionarse enfrente de la casa.
No mascotas porque ya tenemos 3 perros.
Responsabilidades: Mantener cuarto limpio para evitar insectos/mal olor, bano es compartido entonces favor de mantener limpio. Si cocina, no deje trastes sucios y limpie lo que ensucio por favor.
