* A maximum of two pets is permitted: two dogs, two cats, or one dog and one cat. There will be an additional $50.00 monthly charge per pet.
* Renters are required to maintain renter's insurance and provide a copy of the policy to the owner.
* There is a large two-car garage located at the rear of the house.
* There is ample parking, including space for three cars in the driveway and additional parking along the right side of the house behind a lockable gate.
* There is plenty of storage space, including areas in the laundry room, covered storage at the rear of the house, and a small storage shed.
* The property features a large covered patio with access from the family room, one bedroom, and great room.
* The backyard includes orange and lemon trees.
* The owner may inspect the interior and exterior of the property every three months, subject to applicable notice requirements.
* The renter is responsible for watering the plants and maintaining the grass.
* Renters are responsible for maintaining the property and keeping it in substantially the same condition as when they moved in, except for normal wear and tear.

There’s an annual artwalk and a quaint Southeast Asian community in the center: a handful of excellent Vietnamese and Thai restaurants and retail establishments. It’s mostly comprised of single-family housing, but quite a few apartments and condominiums have popped up in the last 10 years. Needless to say it’s quite a diverse and well-planned neighborhood."
