This complex is located in Santee, down the street from Grossmont College with easy access to the 125 and 52 freeways. This is an upstairs/downstairs complex. Upstairs there are the bedrooms, and shower/bath. Downstairs is the living room, kitchen, and half bath. Has a cute backyard and overall great vibe. Great for a student.
