We offer a safe and secure online portal where you can place maintenance requests and pay online, with multiple payment options available.

Renter will be responsible for utilities (electric, water and sewer), lawn maintenance, pest control, driveway maintenance. Internet and cable are your option and not included.

We have a Strict NO Smoking NO Vaping No Drug policy. They are not permitted in or on the property.

Please note, our homes are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and are not reserved until the lease is signed by all applicants and rent with security deposit is made.

Security Deposit = 1-2 x the monthly Rent depending on the application score
TENANT CHARGES: There is a small nonrefundable Application Fee PER adult to be paid at the time of applying.
