This brand new 2-story ADU, which was built on the spot where the attached garage of the main house used to be, has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a second-story balcony and a private side yard. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet. All bedrooms have a ceiling fan. The new kitchen has elegant quarts countertops. A neutral wood like laminate flooring throughout the house. Tile floor in all bathrooms. It has split unit AC system, an instantaneous water heater and laundry hook-up.

The main house and the ADU have its own electrical and gas meters. Water bills are split between the main house and the ADU tenants. The ADU has a separate water meter to account for water usage. Landlord will calculate the monthly bill based on the meter readings. The tenant is responsible for yard maintenance. First month's rent and deposit are due at signing.

There are still a few rough houses but most people are maintaining and improving their vehicles. We do see an occasional person parking on their grass but almost everyone has 2-3 vehicles and is responsible and respectful of others. We do have a mail thief but I bought a locking mailbox so no worries there."
