About this House

Investors won't want to miss out on this roomy east side duplex on a large lot. Floor plan with yards areas for each side is popular with owner-occupants and tenants. Lots of parking. Needs significant repairs, but the upside is also quite significant (!). This is an acquired property sold ''As-Is'' for cash or terms acceptable to the seller. This property may qualify for Seller Financing (Vendee.Needs significant repairs: Amount of repairs needed will likely exceed most rehab/renovation loan limits and/or some buyer qualification. We can recommend that interested buyers consult with an experienced general contractor AND a loan officer to determine the total combined (purchase + repairs) project costs prior to getting into contract.

"Nearby school, fairly quiet compared to others areas on this side of town. Well kept yards, neighbors are friendly but respect your privacy. Some loose dogs roam the neighborhood but don’t cause any problems besides barking and they don’t seem to be strays. Nice and spacious mid-century single family homes. Some issues with people speeding and skipping stop signs later at night. No issues with packages and deliveries being left on the porch. Overall a good place to live. "
  • loren garcia
