The building is located in the most trending area of Brooklyn Heights; close to Brooklyn Bridge Park, shopping and fine restaurants including the fabulous Noodle Pudding Italian Restaurant. Easy access by 2, 3, 4, 5, A, C, N, R trains.

Apartment will be painted and cleaned. Photos are for illustrative purposes only.

Heat and hot water are included. No move-in/out fees are charged by the building. No pet deposits. Application fee are non-refundable. Tenant's are responsible for Internet, cable, cleaning and any other additional services they want to use. Tenants have to purchase their own AC unit.
