Guest will be access the entire property and include access card for the shared pool, firepit, outdoor bar and entertaining area, hot tub and sundeck. The deep water dock will be finished in Late Spring 2026. Reserved large slip is available upon completion for additional fee and agreement after booking. This home does have an elevator but it is NOT for general booking access.
Elevator Access Important Safety Notice

Casa Cortez is a three-story home featuring a private elevator that services all interior levels and provides the only access to the rooftop deck.

For safety reasons, elevator use is restricted and not available for general guest use, as there is no alternate stair access from the rooftop level and children could become trapped. As per the fire officials and local short term code due to elevator going to rooftop without alternate exit is NOT shared with general guest use

Elevator access may be made available to adults with ambulatory accessibility needs upon request and approval prior to arrival. When approved, a key will be provided for controlled access during the stay.

The elevator is not available for children under any circumstances.

We are close by but will follow your lead on interaction. WE are available to refer or provide additional requests possibly (based on availability) childcare, chef, additional cleans, massage and groceries

We love sharing our family home with guests that return year over year. These are in place to ensure a safe, comfortable, and compliant experience for all guests. A signed guest agreement is required by local ordinance to gain access to the property.
It will be emailed the week of your arrival and must be signed before check-in instructions are released. The agreement outlines local codes and policies on: occupancy limits, Parking, Noise & quiet hours, Trash handling, Pets, Events & gatherings, Property damage, Prohibited commercial activity Absolutely no parties, events, or unauthorized visitors.
EVENT FRIENDLY HOMES REQUIRE ADDITIONAL FEES, INSURANCE AND AGREEMENTS
QUIET HOURS are strictly enforced per local ordinance.
Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund and fines starting at $1,000, charged to the guest
PARKING: Maximum number of vehicles: 4 No street parking.

TRASH: All trash must be fully bagged and placed in designated receptacles.Message will be sent the night before trash pick up for compliance
Use of the property for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without written consent. This includes: Content creation, Photography/videography, Podcasting or interviews Coaching, classes, or client sessions, Retreats or private business events

NATURE: Refunds will not be issued due to these natural elements or environmental conditions. Guests acknowledge that the property is located in a natural environment and may be subject to varying weather conditions, wildlife activity, and ambient noise from nature or surrounding areas. We do not make any guarantees regarding weather, wildlife behavior, or the suitability of the environment for specific activities or purposes. Refunds or discounts will not be issued due to weather events, natural occurrences, environmental noise, or other circumstances beyond our control.

SMOKING AND VAPING are not permitted inside the property under any circumstance.
A minimum $1,500 cleaning fee will be charged for violations.Underage drinking and illegal substance use are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal.
Check-out is strictly by 10:00 AM (IF WE CAN ACCOMMODATE AND WE KNOW ABOUT BEFORE WE WILL LET YOU KNOW IF EARLY IN OR LATE OUT IS AVAILABLE IN WRITING)
Guests must follow check out instructions including timing. $100 an hour will be added for late check outs not approved
