Beautiful sunsets from front of house, though power lines. Zoned Mudor (mixed office and residential). 1 minute to UNH shuttle stop, 10 minute walk to Campus, 5 minutes to train station. Durham has been voted one of the top grade school systems in the country. Taxes $6,000 per year.
