NEW FEATURE: steel screen/security door for back entrance...no one is coming in that door. Double locks too.

Neighborhood Description

Safe, easy access to roads leading everywhere. Bounded by creek, Patchogue Bay and Patchogue river. Still retains a rural feel in an otherwise suburban area. Village services and taxes which over all for the property are reasonable. Train nearby and access directly to Airtrain to Kennedy airport. Bus connection near by too at train station. Property is not in a flood zone, flood insurance available at low cost.

Bowling Alley, Archery, walking tours, cycling, Fire Island Ferry, Ryder Sports Fields Complex, waterfront park with playground, even convenience stores, fast food and box stores near by. It’s a GREAT PLACE TO LIVE, for single parents, singles (blue or white collar),newlyweds, married professionals,married with families, retirees, families with seniors (new assisted living communities). There is something for EVERYBODY here in Patchogue, NY!!!"
