You will enjoy this spacious property and room. The property has 1 one pool and 1 fitness center. The pool and fitness are open during office hours. Mon to friday from 9am to 6pm. Saturday from 10am to 5pm. Fitness center close on Sunday. Pool open on Sundays from sunrise to sunset. There is a park across the street from property and plenty of sidewalk in the area to go walking/running. Planet fitness is 5 to 10 min away and open 24 hours. This listing is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom. You will have the master bedroom to yourself. With the bathroom inside bedroom. The room will be unfurnished. The unit has washer and dryer. The kitchen, dining room and living room is shared. I ask to keep kitchen clean. Smoking is allowed. I ask that you smoke outside on the balcony. To move in is security deposit of $1000. Security is non refundable. Rent is $1550 and is due the 1st thru the 3rd of the month. Rent include water/trash/sewer/light/cable/wifi and rental insurance/community amenity fee. Anything after the 3rd the late fee is $198. Keep house guest to a mininal. Unit not big enough for parties. Parking is free an no assign parking. If you would like to take a look at the room and property before move in which I recommend.
I am gone from 7am to 7pm on weekdays and work everyother weekends. So you will have the place to yourself. I really do not have house guest only my boyfriend will be here but he is gone mostly throughout the day.
