    "Lived in area 12 years it used to be “the hood” still has some of that here but not like before mostly safe but ladies stop jogging break of dawn or walking alone at night. Been more than 3 murders in the past 4 years within 5 min of this property and the crime type still has a presence here but that is what happens if you gentrify a area fast it takes time to change a whole area "

It feels safe enough that early morning solo runs before sunrise are no big deal, and you’ll often cross paths with neighbors walking their dogs. Kids play outside, which says a lot about a place. It’s quiet and green, with mature trees that give it a settled, established feel. For all that calm, you’re still just minutes from downtown Austin and the shops and restaurants at Mueller. Commuters will appreciate the easy access to major freeways — it’s one of those rare spots where you get peaceful streets without sacrificing convenience. I’ve lived here for 9 years."

    "Super close to the freeway and honestly tucked away so hardly any traffic ever and I love it and would definitely recommend the area. The only downside is is sometimes the homeless population gets a little out of control and can be quite aggressive. They also dumpster dive very frequently, but for the most part, they are really nice and respectful."

It’s a quiet neighborhood. There’s the capital Metro rail and it’s not loud. It’s Neighbourhood friendly. I recently had a tree farm in my yard and someone visiting a neighbor on my block, called the police department for me and notified me right away during the storm."
