About this House

Updates abound in this move-in-ready home! You'll find that the upgraded waterfall edge quartz countertops, beautiful oak cabinets, added center island, newer stainless steel appliances ('24), and the Sellers' thoughtful pantry remodel make this kitchen a chef's dream - with the perfect open layout for entertaining while you cook! Whether you want to linger at the dining table or on the sofa in the living room, the nearby fireplace with electric insert adds to the cozy vibe. Offering 3 beds/2.5 baths, you'll find that the 1,787 sqft floorplan is well designed to utilize every square inch. Upstairs you'll find a comfy loft space, leading to a conveniently-located upper level laundry room. Wander off to the Primary Suite and you'll find that the relaxing soaking tub, walk-in closet, and large bedroom offers a private escape. Two other bedrooms and a full bath round out the upper level, with new vinyl plank wood-look flooring ('22) spanning across all rooms. Head to the backyard for a bit of relaxation in the warmer days ahead - the spacious deck offers a perfect gathering space while the large yard offers plenty of room to run and play. Nearby, the neighborhood playground and basketball courts offer hours of exercise and fun. The new HVAC ('23), privacy fence ('22), upgraded lighting, and rear storm door eliminate the need for immediate updates, and while this beautifully appointed home offers the much-desired modern cottagecore vibe, its neutral design selections could easily blend with farmhouse, contemporary, or other transitional decor styles. Ask your agent for full list of updates - total utilities average $260/mo over the last year (high of $319, low of $211).

"The 500 race makes itโ€™s fun here!! we live close to Speedway not really downtown Indy , so I donโ€™t know what events there are besides the 500 oh thereโ€™s the brickyard thatโ€™s really fun too. "
  • Trulia User
"Ok. Thereโ€™s sometimes too much traffic but, I guess thatโ€™s normal. Some traffic lights could be synced better. And they need to do something about the potholes in some of the central downtown area of Indianapolis. More turn signals could be added to some of these lights as well may I add. Other than that it really just depends on where you stay on how you feel how the area is. I canโ€™t complain. Indianapolis is an amazing place to raise a beautiful family as well as go to school. Great learning opportunities and the nightlife is cool. It can get violet sometimes, especially with the youth right now, but I truly believe that Indianapolis can get better. Itโ€™s up to the elders, middle aged, and adults to come together to help our community come back togethers as one. It definitely takes a village for our youth so we might as well come back together as a village to finish helping grow our youth and younger generation into the smart people they can be."
  • Brownronesha452
"Itโ€™s a busy area a bunch a drivers, many ducks, grounds arenโ€™t too clean but not because of trash but because of the duck poop. The people are nice. The drivers are mindful but along the still speed "
  • Nvhnc7btp8
"Excellent schools and park in historic Herron-Morton Place. Lots of families with children and pet families. Family and pet friendly restaurants, ice cream shop and other food and beverage amenities as well"
  • Maloys
"Trick or treating for Halloween in October and also Christmas lights during the winter season around Christmas "
  • Debi Woodmansee
"I live a few minutes drive to local dining options and grocery stores, hospitals and the library. 13 minutes to my work. "
  • Joseph.moellman
"Community events where everyone feels welcome and contributes to a wonderful and safe neighborhood. "
  • Dawn Williams
"I really like the neighborhood and the location, but I wish they would do a better job cleaning up the crime around here"
  • Leslie Brown
"For their children to watch out for the stray dogs in the neighborhood and itโ€™s a couple of parks for the kids to go to when itโ€™s warm out and they have swimming pools as well "
