My children are extremely happy, learning and involved, have high test results because of this school.

In my opinion, I wouldn't recommend this school to my worst enemy. As a current student, I don't say this simply because I dislike school, but because I genuinely have concerns for how the school is managed. Since Mr. Mosley has become principal, communication has been cut off. This year, the school completely blocked emails coming from organizations outside of the school; what's the big issue with this? Parents have NO way of contacting their students since phones are also banned and the only way they can is if the student tells their teacher they need to call their parent, which the majority of the time doesn't work, since the teacher usually dismisses them to sit back down in their seat to do their work. The school has also been blocking things ruining assigments and what is supposed to be free time where they have the ability to play whatever they want on their chromebooks (with teacher permission), they've also blocked YouTube. I would also like to talk about how the school does barely anything to help students in need. I've heard multiple cases of bullying be completely ignored by staff with them simply telling the bully to "knock it off" instead of actually caring. I've ALSO heard about children who were assaulted by peers who have got nothing but a 1 week suspension, while simply threatening someone even as a joke is treated with the same amount of days suspended. Most of the staff also doesn't care for students, and only cares about if they learn things they will likely never use in their life unless they take a specific path that requires their knowledge in said topic (which they will likely forget during summer break!). In conclusion, don't be surprised if your kid who has begun coming here complains, and beware at what happens. To be honest, if they don't, your kid might be the problem or just not be comfortable enough to speak up about it.

Keep in mind school staff may be writing their own reviews of Cline Elementary! My son is in first grade and there is 30 students in one classroom (very overcrowded). My child is delayed and there for he needs more help then most children. My son comes home upset that when he raises his hand for help in class, his teacher tells him to do the best he can on his own; or she ignores him till he can no longer hold his hand up. How can a teacher deny to help a special needs child? Because of this, my child brings home uncompleted worksheets. Although he does attend I.E.P classes 30 mins a day 4xs a week, sadly it is not helping. My child has told me that his special education teacher gives him the answers and also has him copy what she writes so he can complete worksheets and Ace spelling tests. As a mother, I myself even struggle with trying to teach him but these teachers have a degree to Educate children and they do a terrible job! My son is struggling and this school can't or won't help? .... If you want your child to have a chance of an education look else where!
