"This neighborhood is great, very quiet, with friendly neighbors. Get ready for amazing fireworks when golden state celebrates at the Coliseum as well 4th of July fireworks from all directions. As a new to Oakland, I always felt safe. This area is very close to Oakland zoo, and easy to get out of town south without all the traffic to like half moon bay, Santa Cruz etc Also its 10min from Oakland airport (: best thing ever"

"The gorgeous Bay Area views from the hills are absolutely beautiful, especially during sunset. The Oakland zoo is only a few minutes (driving) down the hill. Neighbors on my block are very friendly and inviting!"
