    "There is a yearly block party for the neighborhood. You can see plenty of young families. Very diverse neighborhood too, with friendly neighbors. People walk their dogs everywhere. A quiet neighborhood most traffic is local. Oh and the views are amazing. Access to kings state park is a big plus. "
