"There is a lot of diversity in the neighborhood. There is a strong history ties to the schools. Although the schools don’t rank super high they are better in a lot of ways then schools in the area ranked higher."

"While there are leash laws, not everybody in the neighborhood abides by them and sometimes this makes me nervous for me and my dog. The dog parks here are very nice."

"Nice sidewalks.....cars generally drive slowly.....owners don’t let their dogs off-leash....so dogs are generally safe."
