About this House

Location! This 3 bedroom 1 bath home is located on a small dead end street in the middle of Citrus Park. Within walking distance of A schools, Publix, and other amenities and restaurants. Fenced in yard on a .25 acre with plenty of trees and greenery. This home is perfect for a small family, couple, or single. There are 3 detached sheds - one for laundry, one for storage, and one with a garage door, cement floor, and workbench (we used this space for our gym!). The house has central heat and air with an added window unit in the kitchen for summer months. There is an RO installed in the kitchen for drinking water. Screened in back porch, front porch, city water, septic. Upper Tampa Bay Trail is in the neighborhood. Tours available upon request.

Owner pays for water. Tenant pays for electric. Pets are tentatively allowed with discussion only.

    "I've lived here for about 1.5 years and it's a safe neighborhood. Some parts are well maintained and others look older. There's a really nice trail called the Upper Tampa Bay Trail and it's pretty popular in this area. You will often see people walking with their dogs. Another great thing about this area is that there are plenty of sidewalks and a few nice parks to visit with your dog. "
