The master offers black out blinds for tranquil sleep with a 50" TV, one large walk-in closet and a bathroom with his and hers counters and sinks, a garden spa tub and a separate shower. The guest bedroom has a large closet and plenty of natural light. The den or second guest bedroom has a desk, large closet, and a twin day bed that includes a second trundle twin bed. The gorgeous pool, spa, and panoramic screened lanai patio area offer spectacular views of the golf course. The lanai has a 55" outdoor tv, bar, two beverage or wine refrigerators, dinning table for 10, two person lounger and 5 adirondack chairs. There is a separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The garage has room for 2 cars, a second refrigerator, additional storage, and you can park two more vehicles in the driveway. The property includes an optional membership to The Players Club and Spa, conveniently located nearby. This vacation rental can utilize The Players Club & Spa for a transfer fee of $397.50, including tax, for the entire duration of your stay. This facility boasts twelve lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, a stadium court for exhibition play, a basketball court, a theater room, a fitness/lap pool, two resort-style pools with waterfall features, a children's play area, a state-of-the-art fitness center with two aerobics rooms, bocce courts, a spa and nail salon, and a dining room with a new grill room and bar, as well as an outdoor tiki bar and so much more. You are also just minutes away from downtown Naples and the beautiful white-sand beaches of Naples and Marco Island. Lely Resort offers an extraordinary environment with exceptional amenities!

Lease is subject to an approval from the HOA and requires a second application. All utilities are included. No pets and no smoking are allowed in or on the premises. The security deposit will be forfeited by lessee for smoking in the house, lanai, or pool area or pet stay of any kind. Property can be leased for one month minimum up to five months (December through April). The security deposit will only be charged for one month even if you lease for multiple months. Lessee must purchase renters insurance for their personal property, unless they have another policy that covers their personal property. Lessee must follow all HOA policies including bringing in trash cans within collection day and no street side parking after dark. Lessee will be responsible for reimbursing owner for any HOA fines for not following the HOA covenants. The HOA rules will be provided to the lessee by the HOA during the second application process. Renters insurance is required unless you provide proof of home owners insurance.
