About this House

Spacious two bedroom condo in the heart of downtown St. Paul is ready for you to call home. Located within walking distance of many of the restaurants, shops, and attractions that downtown has to offer. The Xcel Energy Center, History Theatre, Keys Cafe, Sawatdee, and The Science Museum are just some of the places to visit. Don't want to walk or drive? The public transit light rail system or scooters that dot the downtown area can get you to where you want to be.

The unit comes with access to all the building amenities including, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, workout room, and more. One parking spot is included with the attached parking garage. An in-unit washer dryer is also included.

Lease length will be for 12 months with the opportunity to renew for another 12 months. Lease is $1800 per month, with an additional $1800 deposit before move in.

The prospective Tenant prior to signing the lease must submit an application through RHR, Rental History Reports (current screening vendor) for the purpose of screening for any prior history of disruptive behavior, convictions for crimes involving a threat to personal safety or property, and the lessee's history with
regard to meeting prior lease obligations.

The fee that the renter will be charged is $40.00 per person if they have been a MN resident for the past 10 years, or $55.00 per person if they have lived out of state. They pay this fee directly to Rental History Reports via credit or debit card at the end of the application process.

There is a $250 non-refundable move in and move out fee paid to the The Pointe of Saint Paul Condominium Association.

Tenant pays for electric and internet/cable. Water and garbage is included with rent. There is no gas.

Tenant must have rental insurance to cover any possible damage or loss of personal property.

Initial pet fee of $100 per pet with an additional $25 per month per pet. No more than one dog, two cats, or one dog and one cat, in the aggregate, may be kept in any Unit. This includes visitors with pets or pet sitting situations. Dogs must not exceed the 30-pound weight limit.

No smoking in the unit, community spaces, or parking ramp. This includes vaping products.

One ramp parking spot is included with the unit, with an additional spot available for an additional fee of $50.

Climate controlled storage locker is available for rent with an additional fee of $50.

Prospective tenant must agree to the bylaws of The Pointe of Saint Paul Condominium Association, which will be provided when lease is signed.
