Neighborhood Description

Mission View Development, Residence 2 floor plan. It is near Mission View Regional Park, close to downtown Santee with all of its ammenties.
This a new community which has 31 homes and a great family feel. All homes are very well maintained. We have frequent block parties and neighborhood get-togethers and a "Neighborhood Watch" that helps us feel safe and secure. This is the most friendly and helpful community in which I have ever lived. There is an active home owner's association.
Santee's schools are very highly rated, Chef F. Harritt Elementary, West Hills High (8-12). Home values on the increase!
