This is a beach cottage with lots of natural light across from the ocean and five minute walk to Beacon's beach. Remodeled kitchen and main bath. Large front deck with private garden area. New washer dryer unit. Heating is electric as home has solar panels. Water, trash, internet, and SDGE are included.
One of the most desirable addresses on Neptune and walking distance to numerous restaurants and downtown Encinitas.
One off street parking spot in the back off the alley. Ample street parking in front of the unit on Neptune. Access to the downstairs unit is off the alley and the yards and garden spaces are entirely separate.
This is a short term fully or partially furnished rental for the winter months. Sorry no long term.

Fully furnished rental at the beach in Encinitas. The property is available short term for FEBRUARY to MAY only (up to 4 months). No pets please as the yard is not fenced.
One off-street parking space in the rear off the alley. There is one downstairs tenant who accesses the unit from the alley so the yards for the two units are entirely separate. Ample parking available in front of the unit on Neptune also.

    "The neighborhood is a mix of retired people and new families. It’s not as communal as other cities I’ve lived in with many people driving in and out of the community and then staying inside or in their backyard. The gates parks prohibit kids meeting there unless they belong to an association. It’s odd to see a gated park that children cannot play on , meet new kids that live across the street, etc. I’m used to larger cities where there are more public places to gather, meet your neighbors, and create a stronger community."

Package theft does happen and people don’t clean up after their pets well. The rent is also really high around here. "
