I have a number of 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom Townhomes in a complex called Telephone Townhomes. 2 bedrooms are $1,650. 3 bedrooms are $1,800. water is included with rent payment there is no gas and electricity will have to be set up in your name. all units have granite counter tops with black appliances, over-sized 2 car garages with washer and dryer connections in them. the 2 bedrooms have 2 full bathrooms and the 3 bedrooms have 3 full bathrooms we have 24-hour maintenance for emergencies. you will have a 2 car driveway as well as parking on the sides of the complex.

tenant responsible for electricity and cable/internet, owner covers water, waste water, lawn care, and garbage

    "This is a good 'family friendly' neighborhood. Many options for schools (i.e.public, charter or academies). Convient to super markets, gas, shopping, cimemas & a major hospital. Nice place to walk. Neighborhood park is maintained and busy on weekends. Resident's civic club dues pay for extra HPD patrols and the 'Citizens on Patrol' program is active. The civic club is proactive on matters requiring action from the city of Houston. "
