If you travel often or have another residence, this is ideal. We're just 6 minutes from the LAS Airport drop-off and even closer to the Car Rental Center. Driveway parking is available for extended stays if you need to leave your car for days or even weeks.
RENTAL PROCESS:

2. WhatsApp Video Interview/Showing
3. Optional In-Person Interview/Showing
4. Background Check (3-5 business days)
5. Sign Rental Agreement, provide first month's rent, and security deposit
NOTE: To ensure a safe and comfortable home, we require the rental application before any tours. This confirms that all applicants understand the house rules and meet rental requirements. All current roommates have gone through this process, creating a harmonious living environment.

Renters are expected to stay for a minimum of 3 months, but the lease is month-to-month. Legal substances, including alcohol and firearms, are permitted, but please be mindful that a child may occasionally be present in the house, so responsible behavior is expected.
