We have a 1 bed, 1 bath mobile home for rent in a mobile home park that I own, operate and also live in. NO Smoking, NO pets, please do not ask for a variance. Home is a fairly new home, (2015) and has been gently lived in. Home is very clean, neighborhood is very quiet. Home has a dishwasher, washer, dryer, AC and one private parking spot for a smaller vehicle (A full size pickup will not fit) There is no extra parking for a second vehicle. . Small storage shed in the back. Close to Mission Trails park. Must have good credit. For more info or to schedule an appointment call Dwayne between the hours of 9 am and 7 pm. Calling preferred.
