If you have a voucher: please verify if the voucher is applicable for the property, we will consider the amount of bedrooms, amount of rent, deductions for utilities and zip code to determine applicability. All Voucher holders must have moving packet in hand, approved voucher for the specific county and first month rent (this will be applied toward tenant portion or credited at end of lease if the tenant has no portion). Background report submitted via Buildium app will not be viewed until credit is reviewed and approved as part of a two step process. It is the applicants responsibility to double check they have submitted the required documents for processing. Please have tenant contact lease underwriting for updates, not listing agent. TENANT SELECTION CRITERIA: - Owner will consider credit history and scores .
