Storage closet under the stairs and powder room just off the living area. Master suite has an oversized dual vanity and carrera tile walk in shower. Double closets in the master, a walk in and an extra deep. Upstairs features 3 bedrooms and laundry in the hallway. The upstairs master has a walk in closet and in suite bathroom with double vanity and tub/shower combo. The other 2 oversized bedrooms share a bathroom with double vanity and carrera tile tub/shower combo.

The house is equipped with a 3 kw solar system on the roof and high efficiency heat pump water heater. Kitchen range is electric. Whole house ducted split system for heat and AC.

There is no large corporate or chain businesses other than 7-11, no buildings allowed higher than 3-story, much of the beach area houses were built in the 50’s and 60’s. Many are now remodeled and nice. The IB pier is quite beautiful with regular fishermen, surfers and people walking. "
