- Bathroom with vanity and stand up shower.
- Bedroom with no closet.
- Additional room for laundry - W/D hookups in unit.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- Street Parking w/ snow ban parking lot next to building.
- Heat and Hot Water included (tenant responsible for electricity).
- Cats are allowed with $25 per month pet fee.
- No dogs, no exceptions!

- $1100 first month's rent + $1000 security deposit = $2100 cashier check or money order required up front.
- MUST be able to commit to a lease through September 30th, 2023.

    "There are lots of dogs in the neighborhood quiet roads and sidewalks to walk them. There are also trails and parks nearby. The only issue for us in our neighborhood is that there are several families that allow their dogs to be outside off leash and unfortunately our dog does not do well with other dogs."
